Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has taken an open stance regarding a possible continuation of his career.
Idman.Biz reports that in an interview with Canal11, the Portuguese midfielder said that he does not rule out the option of playing in Saudi Arabia.
"If one day I have to play in Saudi Arabia, I will play. My lifestyle will change, my children will grow up in a sunny environment. I have spent six years in Manchester in cold and rainy days. Now I can play in a developing league with famous football players," Fernandes said.
Bruno also touched upon the failed transfer to Al Hilal last summer. According to him, although the financial difference was large, it was not a decisive factor:
"I get a very good salary, but it is clear that the difference is big. But that was not the main reason that guided me."
The midfielder added that he never thought of forcing the club:
"I could have left and tried to force it, but I never saw myself in such a position. I felt empathy and attachment."
