The Champions League match between "Qarabag" and "Chelsea" to be held in Baku has attracted special attention from the English media.
According to Idman.Biz, the Evening Standard newspaper reports that the capital of Azerbaijan is considered a "lucky city" for Londoners, and the club had one of its most memorable victories here.
The publication recalled that Baku was where "the Blues" won 4-1 against Arsenal in the 2019 Europa League final. Journalists also recalled that in 2017, Chelsea confidently defeated Qarabag twice in the Champions League group stage.
At the same time, British analysts warn that the current "Qarabag" is not a team to be ignored. The Aghdam club has already shaken Europe with a victory over Benfica and defeated Copenhagen, losing only to Atletico Madrid in the last 11 matches.
Chelsea will have some squad changes before the game, but they are expected to show a professional approach and try to continue their successful streak in Baku.
