PSG winger Bradley Barcola has suffered a serious injury.
"Report" reports that the footballer left the field on a stretcher in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 against England's Chelsea.
The 23-year-old player, who scored his team's second goal in the match, was injured shortly after and was unable to continue the game.
After a medical examination, Barcola was diagnosed with a severe sprain of his right ankle. The club said in an official statement that he will be out of action for several weeks.
Thus, he will miss the French national team's training camp in March. In addition, the winger's participation in PSG's Champions League quarter-final match against the winner of the Galatasaray-Liverpool tie is in doubt.
