"Ladies and gentlemen, please pay attention to the following points. Please remember that populist demands cannot be made without any factual basis. Stadiums are safe," the fans' letter to the Ministry of Internal Affairs reads.
Last week, fans at all stadiums in the first and second Bundesliga protested by remaining silent for the first 12 minutes of the matches.
