"Borussia Dortmund" rejects €52 million offer for Maximilian Bayer

"Brentford" intends to transfer Maximilian Bayer, the forward of Dortmund's "Borussia".

Lent.az reports that the English club offered approximately €52 million for the 22-year-old German footballer. However, "Borussia" rejected this offer. Bayer was being considered as a central figure in Brentford's new team.

In the 2024/25 season, Maximilian Bayer scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists in 46 appearances in all competitions. His contract is valid until June 30, 2029.

Transfermarkt estimates the footballer's market value at approximately €25 million.
