German club Borussia Dortmund has parted ways with its former player Sebastian Kehl, who served as the sports director.
Report informs that the club's press service has released information about this.
The parties have terminated cooperation by mutual agreement.
Sebastian Kehl played for Borussia for many years. He headed the professional football department at the club from 2018, and from 2022 he worked as a sports director.
During his tenure, the team regularly qualified for the UEFA Champions League and reached the final of the tournament in 2024.
It should be noted that Kehl, as a football player, also made a significant contribution to the success of the Dortmund club and won the German championships during his time in the team.
