The Bolivian national team defeated the Brazilian team in the qualifying round of DÇ-2026 — 1:0. Sport24.az reports that the game took place at the "Estadio Municipal" stadium in El Alto.
The only goal was scored by Miguel Terceros, who accurately converted a penalty in the 4th minute added to the first half.
It should be noted that the Brazilians finished the qualifying round in 5th place and qualified for the final stage of the 2026 World Cup. Bolivia, thanks to its victory over the Brazilians, overtook Venezuela to take 7th place and will play in the playoffs for a ticket to the World Cup.
