The "Bodo/Glimt" football club has become the first club in UEFA Champions League (UCL) history to not change its starting lineup in six consecutive matches.
Lent.az reports this with reference to Championat.com.
"Bodo/Glimt" was eliminated from the tournament after losing to Sporting 3:5 on aggregate in the 1/8 finals of the Champions League.
The Norwegian representative had previously defeated "Manchester City" 3:1 and "Atletico Madrid" 2:1 in the group stage matches of the tournament. In the play-off stage, "Bodo/Glimt" won against "Inter" 5:2 on aggregate.
It should be noted that 9 out of 11 players in the club's main squad are Norwegians.
