"Besiktas" plans to include Cesar Montes from "Lokomotiv" in its squad. Sport24.az reports that Besiktas's latest verbal offer for the Mexican was 12 million euros, including bonuses.
However, Montes decided to stay at Lokomotiv until the summer, participate in the World Cup, and then leave the club.
Cesar has been playing for Lokomotiv since September 2024. This season, the defender has played in 19 club matches, scored one goal and made one assist. Transfermarkt estimates the market value of the Mexican player at 7 million euros.
The Mexican national team member's contract with Lokomotiv runs until June 30, 2029. He has played for Monterrey, Espanyol, and Almeria.
