Manchester City's Bernardo Silva could continue his career in Portugal.
Report, citing A Bola, reports that presidential candidate Joao Lopes has promised to sign the 31-year-old winger if he is elected.
He said that the contract with the experienced player is ready and they want to complete the transfer in January.
It should be noted that Bernardo Silva's contract with the "Citizens" expires at the end of the season. The Portuguese footballer is a graduate of Benfica.
