Silvio Berlusconi's family's "Fininvest Holding" has sold "Monza" to the US fund "Beckett Layne Ventures". Sport24.az reports that the holding has issued a press release about this:
"The deal envisages the initial transfer of 80% of the shares by the summer of this year, and the transfer of the remaining 20% by June 2026."
According to "Gazzetta dello Sport", the value of the contract is approximately 30 million euros.
It should be noted that "Monza" took the last place in Serie A at the end of the 2024/25 season and was relegated to Serie B. The Berlusconi family also owned "Milan" from 1986-2017.
