Karim Benzema gave an interview to AS.
Lent.az reports that the Real legend was offered the traditional challenge of building his ideal team.
The Frenchman did not refuse:
"The goalkeeper will be Manuel Neuer. The right-back is Dani Alves, the left-back is Marcelo. The centre-backs are Pepe and Sergio Ramos.
There are three people in the centre: Paul Pogba, Zidane and Ronaldinho.
On the forward line, Ronaldo of Brazil will be in attack. On the wings, Lionel Messi on the right and Cristiano Ronaldo on the left."
Benzema, unable to find a place for himself in such a team, ended up among the substitutes. Andres Iniesta and Luka Modrić will be added to Karim.
Interestingly, there are only two players in Benzema's squad, including substitutes, who have never played for Real or Barcelona: Manuel Neuer and Paul Pogba.
So who should be appointed coach?
