PopFoot has compiled a new table ranking the best French footballers based on the most important statistics - goals and assists.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, Karim Benzema emerged as the best of the 21st century with 710 points - 517 goals and 193 assists - while playing for Lyon, Real Madrid, Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal. He surpassed Thierry Henry with 647 points - 411 goals and 236 assists.
If we only look at goals, Benzema will remain at the top of the goalscorers list, while Kylian Mbappe will move up to second place with nine more goals than the legendary Titi. And he has his whole career ahead of him! Given that he averages 1.04 points per game, it's only a matter of time before he reaches the top.
