"Bayern" is preparing a new offer for "Athletic Bilbao" for 22-year-old left winger Niko Williams.
Lent.az reports that the sporting director of the German giant, Max Eberl, has left the USA, where Bayern played in the interclub world championship, to meet with members of the board of directors in order to accelerate plans for next season. One of Eberl's main priorities is to acquire Williams.
"Barcelona" is currently closest to signing the "Athletic" forward, but the "Blaugrana" are not ready to immediately pay Williams's 58 million euro buyout clause. The Catalan club does not rule out the winger's move to Bayern.
