Argentine football legend Gabriel Batistuta compared Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi. Sport24.az reports that the veteran footballer made a statement to AS:
"Lionel Messi has scored 1000 goals, and Maradona has scored 200. Messi is calm, but Maradona is the opposite...
For me, Maradona is the best. He could play, fight with referees and opponents. He did incredible things. Messi can do it too, but he doesn't have that charisma."
It should be noted that the legend of world football, Diego Maradona, passed away in November 2020 at the age of 60.
