Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni has called his actions in the 3-2 win over Juventus in Serie A Round 25 a mistake.
Idman.Biz reports that in the 42nd minute, Inter defender Pierre Kalulu almost touched Bastoni's foot after an inaccurate pass. The Nerazzurri player fell to the ground as if there was contact, and referee Federico La Penna showed the Juventus defender a second yellow card. Bastoni did not hide his joy after Kalulu was sent off.
"I came here to take responsibility. I was most disappointed with my behavior after the expulsion. I am here because a person has the right to make mistakes, but also the responsibility to admit them," Bastoni told Sky Sport Italia.
