Istanbul's "Başakşehir" club has reported difficulties in transferring the payment to Moscow CSKA for the transfer of Abbosbek Fayzullaev.
İdman.biz reports that the Turkish representative announced the signing of a 5-year contract with the Uzbek midfielder at the end of July.
The media reported that the transfer amount was 7 million euros.
"Istanbul Başakşehir" club made the following statement to "Match TV" regarding the issue: "There is no problem with the transfer payment, but there is difficulty in transferring the money."
