The Galatasaray management promised Alper in the 2024-25 season that they would accept the offer if one came in the next season. Negotiations between the football player and Galatasaray are ongoing.
It should be noted that Neom SC officials offered 30+5 million euros for 25-year-old Alper. Galatasaray rejected this offer and demanded 60 million euros, including a 20% share from Keçiörengücü. The Saudi team promised Barış Alper Yılmaz a net annual salary of 9 million euros.
