The transfer plan was finalized after a meeting between the sporting director of the Catalan club, Deco, and the player's agent.
The next step will be to clarify the financial details with Manchester United. Barcelona intends to activate the 30 million euro release clause to acquire the player this summer. "Blaugrana" plans to pay the transfer fee in three installments of 10 million euros.
Rashford has made 34 appearances for Barcelona in all competitions this season, scoring 10 goals and providing 11 assists.
