Barcelona continues its pre-season Asian tour: the Catalans have already played a match in Japan and are now in South Korea, where they faced "Seoul."
Lent.az reports, citing foreign media, that in addition to friendly matches, the players are also fulfilling media duties - giving interviews, participating in advertising campaigns, and, of course, meeting with local fans of the Catalan club.
For one of these meetings in Korea, "Barcelona" sent Frenkie de Jong, Alex Balde, Gavi, and newly signed Marcus Rashford.
The first thing the players were asked was to name their football idols.
Rashford: "Wayne Rooney"
Gavi: "Isco"
Balde: "Samuel Eto'O"
De Jong: "Messi"
Next question: which player would you like to play with?
De Jong: "Johan Cruyff"
Balde: "Messi"
Gavi: "Isco"
Rashford: "Pele"
Judging by the reaction of those in the hall, Gavi's answer was surprising. But informed fans know about Pablo's love for Isco: in the summer, after a national team match, the "Barcelona" player posted a photo with Isco, calling him his idol.
Unfortunately, Gavi couldn't play with his idol then, maybe he'll still have time?
