"Barcelona" Officially Announces Withdrawal from European Super League

"Barcelona" has announced its withdrawal from the European Super League project on its official website.

According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the Catalan club has officially informed "European Super League Company" and the clubs participating in the project about this.

It is worth recalling that the creation of a new European football tournament was announced in 2021. "Barcelona" was one of the 12 founding clubs of the Super League. UEFA strongly criticized the project and stated that all clubs participating in this project would be excluded from other domestic, European, and world tournaments.
