Hansi Flick, the head coach of the Spanish team "Barcelona", has made a statement regarding the January transfer window, injuries, and the current state of the team.
Idman.Biz reports that the German specialist stated that they are not in a hurry regarding the possible defender transfer.
"Defender in January? We'll see. I will talk to Deco (sports director), maybe tomorrow, but not today. For me, the most important thing right now is Andreas Christensen's return in good shape," Flick emphasized.
Flick also touched on other injured players:
"Christensen was injured yesterday, we wish him a speedy recovery. The same wishes apply to Gavi, Olmo, Pedri, and of course Araujo. They are not here now, but I think they will be in the team next year."
The head coach also commented on the team's consecutive victories:
"Eight consecutive victories are great. I know the quality, mentality, and behavior of the players, and this is really impressive. I see it every day in training. The most important thing for me is training. When you work well in training, it shows in the game. When all our players are on the field, we have incredible quality."
