Idman.Biz reports, citing "Diario Sport", that the club has officially apologized after fans' complaints and taken steps to improve the quality of service.
In this context, "Barcelona" has appointed famous chef Dani Garcia - the owner of the "Lena" restaurant - as the person responsible for improving the VIP service. The club also increased the price of the VIP package from 100 euros to 120 euros (approximately 238 manats) per person.
It was announced that fans who complained will be offered two free basketball game tickets as compensation.
