Barcelona goalkeeper Joan Garcia has undergone successful knee surgery.
Idman.biz reports that the goalkeeper shared a photo on his social media account with his teammates Pedri and Dani Olmo, who came to visit him.
Garcia wrote that his health is good: "Everything went great. I can't wait to come back! Thank you for your messages and support."
The player, who underwent surgery on his left knee in Barcelona on September 27, will take 4–6 weeks to recover, depending on the progress of the rehabilitation process.
It should be noted that 24-year-old Garcia joined Barcelona last summer and has played 7 games in all tournaments so far, keeping a clean sheet in 3 of them. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2031, and his transfer value is estimated at 25 million euros.
