Barcelona defender Iñigo Martínez may be punished.
Report reports with reference to foreign media that the 33-year-old defender is in danger of being disqualified for spitting on an opponent in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final against Inter (3:4).
The football player may be punished for up to 4 games for this behavior. Such actions are considered "serious unsportsmanlike conduct" according to UEFA's disciplinary rules.
It should be noted that in 2004, Francesco Totti was suspended for 3 matches for spitting on Dane Poulsen.
