"Barcelona" is considering Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush as an alternative to Atletico Madrid forward Julian Alvarez, who remains their primary transfer target.

According to the source, the Catalan club is ready to spend a lot of money to strengthen their attack in the summer, but they do not want to pay the 150 million euros that "Atletico" values the Argentine player at.
"Blaugrana" is confident that "Manchester City" will transfer Marmoush this summer because he cannot get the playing time he wants. The "Citizens" are ready to sell the 27-year-old forward for less than the 75 million euros they paid to Eintracht Frankfurt in the winter of 2025.
This season, Marmoush has made 24 appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals and providing two assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 65 million euros.
