Changes will be made to the operating mode of the Baku Metro in connection with the match between "Qarabağ" and Danish club "Copenhagen" in the UEFA Champions League. Sport24.az reports that, in accordance with mass events organized in our capital and the Baku Metro's operational plan, an enhanced operating mode will be applied in connection with the match to be held on October 1 at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium near the "Gənclik" station.
Taking into account the interest of fans in the game, which will start at 20:45, a number of measures will be taken to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers. Control mechanisms at the "Gənclik" station will be increased, and a duty schedule will be drawn up by allocating additional staff.
Precautionary measures will also be implemented at the "28 May" and "Narimanov" stations. If necessary, depending on the intensity of passenger flow, reserve trains will be kept ready for deployment on the line.
Overall, throughout the day, trains at all stations of the Baku Metro will operate according to the autumn-winter operating schedule.
