"Qarabag" footballer Bahlul Mustafazade admitted his mistake in the match against "Napoli" in the main stage of the UEFA Champions League. Sport24.az reports that the defender made a statement to the broadcasting television after the match.
The defender took responsibility for the first goal conceded:
"We knew the game would be intense. Everyone knew the strength of our opponent. Nevertheless, we played well in the first half. Unfortunately, in the second half, there was carelessness in some episodes. I was careless in the first goal. I could have cleared the ball better. Unfortunately, we lost. We still have chances for the next stage. We will prepare for the upcoming match to the maximum."
It should be noted that "Napoli" defeated "Qarabag" with two unanswered goals.
