Former "Neftchi" and "Gabala" football player Bagali Dabo gave an interview to Sport24.az. The French former striker shared his views on the France-Azerbaijan match, which was held yesterday in the qualifying round of the WC-2026.
Dabo said that he watched the match:
"The game was not so easy. The Azerbaijani national team did not have many scoring chances. But your team fought well on the field. This happened especially in a meeting against one of the best national teams in the world. They can be proud of that."
It should be noted that the France-Azerbaijan game ended with a 3:0 victory for the home team.
