The experienced defender shared his thoughts on the UEFA Champions League play-off match they lost (1:6) to England's "Newcastle" team in Baku:
"The match did not go as we wanted. We had difficulties in the last matches. But this is the Champions League. We see what level is here. Our preparation for today's meeting went well. We couldn't do what the head coach said in the first half. We recovered a bit in the second half."
Huseynov said that they made some mistakes:
