Babukarr Gaye, the goalkeeper of the North Macedonian club "Shkendija", commented on their defeat to "Qarabagh" in Baku in the 3rd round of the Champions League qualifying stage (1:5, first leg – 0:1).

He spoke about the strength of the opponent: "I think that "Qarabagh" deservedly won. We managed to score first, and then we allowed the opponent to create many scoring opportunities near our goal. "Qarabagh" converted some of them into goals. Of course, we hoped for a better result before the game, but I have to admit that they are stronger than us. Moreover, there was such an atmosphere in the stadium that it greatly inspired "Qarabagh" and they came at us like a wave. I wish "Qarabagh" success in the next stage."
