Azerbaijan's FIFA referees Aliyar Aghayev and Elchin Masiyev have received new appointments from UEFA. According to Sport24.az, our referees will manage the playoff stage matches in the Conference League.
Aghayev will be the chief referee of the first match between "Polesye" (Ukraine) - "Fiorentina" (Italy) in Slovakia during the playoff stage. Zeynal Zeynalov and Akif Amirli will assist him. Kamal Umudlu will perform the function of the fourth referee.
Masiyev will manage the match between "Selye" (Slovenia) and "Banik Ostrava" (Czech Republic) in Slovenia. His assistants will be Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov, and the fourth referee of the match will be Farid Hajiyev.
It should be noted that both matches will be held on August 21.
