The 16-year-old playmaker, originally from Shaki, was attracted to the academy of the German club at the age of 12. He currently wears the uniform of the Berlin representative's youth team.
Raul's development in Germany has also attracted the attention of Azerbaijani scouts. For this reason, he is expected to be invited to one of our national teams of lower age groups.
