Nargiz Aliyeva, the goalkeeper of the Azerbaijan women's national team, has assessed the chances ahead of today's UEFA Nations League match against Lithuania.
"Report" informs that she stated in a statement to the AFFA press service that they are focused on winning.
The goalkeeper, who plays as a legionnaire in the Turkish club "Fatih Vətən", stated that their only thought is to win 3 points:
"We are only thinking about winning in the match against Lithuania. As a team, we are solely focused on that. Our only thought is to win 3 points. We will play our last game in the group. As in previous matches, we are preparing for this match with high motivation. I don't think there is any negative psychological impact".
N. Aliyeva emphasized that she feels fully prepared for the match:
"Of course, it is important not to concede a goal. But this is football, sometimes you score, sometimes you concede. As for me, I feel fully prepared".
It should be noted that the match will start at 18:00 at the Bayil Stadium.
