The Azerbaijan national team will drop two more places in the FIFA ranking. According to Sport24.az, the team will fall to 124th place with 1148.09 points.
The team lost to Iceland away (0:5) and drew with Ukraine in Baku (1:1) in the qualifying round for WC-2026.
The national team was ranked 122nd in the previous ranking.
It should be noted that FIFA will announce the next ranking on September 18.
