The veteran football player talked about the "Legends Cup" match dedicated to the mini-football world championship to be held in Baku. He commented on the victory of the "Premier League Coaches" team he played for: "It is very good to hold such events. In the match, I felt once again that we have aged a lot, we should pay more attention to ourselves. It was a great pleasure to play again with the people we have been on the field with for years."
Bagirov, who recalled that he competed against Gurban Gurbanov in the XXXV round of the Misli Premier League, emphasized that being his teammate in this match was an interesting moment: "Gurban muallim is our elder brother. We have learned a lot from him. Even now, you can learn something from Gurbanov. It was interesting to play with him again. Gurban Gurbanov is one of the important figures of Azerbaijani football."
It should be noted that the "Premier League Coaches" and "Neftchi 2000s" teams met in the match. The match ended with a score of 1:1 and the "Premier League Coaches" won the penalty shootout with a score of 3:2. The "Legends Cup" cup was presented to the winning team.
