The coach of the Ganja representative spoke about the difficulty of attracting a legionnaire to his team's squad:

It is difficult to attract a legionnaire to the team, especially in the winter transfer period. Quality players want to go to teams that do not have financial problems and are high in the tournament table. This is the psychology of a football player. We talked to several players, unfortunately, in the end, our conditions did not satisfy them, and they went to other clubs."
It should be noted that "Kapaz", which currently has 9 points, went to the winter break in 10th place.
