Azer Bagirov, the head coach of "Kapaz", stated that the test match against "Gabala" was interesting for him and that the players fought well. Sport24.az reports that the expert said this in a statement to the press service of the Ganja club.
He noted that he also gave young players a chance in the test match:
"We had the opportunity to test four players from the academy. They made a good impression. I believe that those players will be candidates for the main team in the future. Our new transfer Veysal Rzayev also played his first game and made a satisfactory impression."
The head coach noted that they are working on the shortcomings in the team:
"Yes, there are shortcomings, the team must adapt. We did not put our first "eleven" on the field in the two-part game, I wanted different teams to play under pressure. The main thing is that we finished the match without injuries and losses. We have started training for a week. I believe that the team will reach the level we want by the start of the championship."
