This was stated to Idman.biz by Aykhan Abbasov, the head coach of the Azerbaijan national team consisting of football players under 21 years old.
He shared his thoughts before the friendly match to be held today with the Belarus U-21 team. Abbasov said that he believes in his team in the match: "This is our last training camp and we will play our third game. After two matches, there will be official meetings. We will fight in a difficult group against difficult opponents. For this reason, the matches are important for us. I believe in my players. By showing determination and desire, we will do our best to show our real game and win. I expect a good game and a good fight."
It should be noted that the Belarus-Azerbaijan match will be held at the Baranovichi city stadium. The meeting will start at 20:00 Baku time. The national team's other match in preparation will be against Montenegro's U-21 team on June 8 at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit city stadium.
