We have not lost in the last two test matches. We believe we can continue this streak.
This was stated by Aykhan Suleymanli, a member of the Azerbaijani national team under 21, in his statement to the "Report" correspondent sent to Minsk.
The defender spoke about the test match they will play against Belarus tomorrow:
"A difficult match awaits us. But we have prepared well. Under the leadership of our head coach Aykhan Abbasov, we analyzed the opponent's weaknesses. It will be a good test before the official matches. We have not lost in the last two matches. We believe that this series will continue. Even though it is a test match, we consider the result important. This can be a good motivation for us for the upcoming games."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team will face the corresponding age group team of Belarus on June 4. The meeting, which will be held at the Baranovichi city stadium, will start at 19:00 local time (20:00 Baku time). The national team will then hold a friendly match with the Montenegrin U-21 team on June 8 at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit city stadium as part of the preparation.
