"Report" reports that this was stated in the AFFA report.
"Turan Tovuz" leads the list. An average of 4361 fans attended the home matches of the Tovuz representative.
"Neftchi" (2209) is in second place. "Sumgayit" (1858) closes the top three.
The following places are occupied by "Qarabag" (1729), "Sabah" (1357), "Shamakhi" (1161), "Kapaz" (1033), "Zira" (753), "Sabail" (642) and "Araz-Nakhchivan" (256).
