"Atletico Madrid" has once again expressed its dissatisfaction with the refereeing on social media.
Idman.Biz reports that in the 30th round of La Liga, the Madrid team lost to "Barcelona" with a score of 2:1. In the 46th minute, Barcelona defender Gerard Martin hit Tiago Almada's calf area after touching the ball. Referee Mateo Busquets showed Martin a red card, but after watching the replay on the monitor based on the advice of the video assistant referees, he replaced it with a yellow card.
"Atletico Madrid" shared a video of the incident with the title "April begins like the end of March. We are waiting for the 27th episode of the Tiempo de Revisión (Spanish television show discussing refereeing issues - ed.) by RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation - ed.) and CTA (Technical Committee of Referees - ed.)".
The club shared a similar message on March 22 after a 3-2 draw with Real Madrid. At that time, Los Blancos defender Daniel Carvajal knocked down Marcos Llorente in the penalty area after the Atletico player had already shot at the goal. Referee Jose Munuera Montero did not consider the episode a foul.
