"Atletico" continues its search to strengthen its defense line ahead of the summer transfer window. Sport24.az reports that Liverpool defender Joe Gomez is on the agenda of the Madrid club.

According to the source, "Atletico" is considered one of the main candidates for the transfer of the 28-year-old footballer. Although the "Merseyside" club initially demanded 25 million pounds sterling for the English player, the transfer could be completed for around 10-15 million euros.
It should be noted that Joe Gomez's current contract with Liverpool runs until the summer of 2027.
