The London representative has offered 80 million euros for Alvarez.
It is unclear what "Atletico"'s response to this offer will be.
The 25-year-old forward was transferred from "Manchester City" for 75 million euros last summer. The Argentine national team member scored 29 goals and 7 assists in 54 official matches for his team this season.
