Billy Vigar, a footballer for the English team "Chichester City," has been hospitalized with a serious injury.
Idman.biz reports, citing the club's press service, that he has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury.
The incident occurred on Saturday during a Regional League game. The 21-year-old striker is believed to have hit his head against a concrete wall.
The club said in a statement that Billy suffered a severe brain injury and is currently being kept in an artificial coma in intensive care: "It is too early to say what the outcome will be and even if all goes well, the recovery process will be long."
It should be noted that Vigar is a graduate of the "Arsenal" academy and has also played in the "Derby County" system.
