Liverpool's head coach, Arne Slot, has commented on one of the team's leading players, Mohamed Salah, and stated that he is always in the spotlight.
Idman.Biz reports that the Dutch specialist, speaking about the Egyptian star, said that he is definitely an extraordinary football player.
"Mohamed Salah is always on my mind - whether he starts in the starting lineup or comes on later. Salah's role will still be decisive in the upcoming matches," Slot emphasized.
The head coach also clarified the situation with midfielder Harvey Elliott (who is on loan at Aston Villa) and striker Federico Chiesa:
"I haven't had much contact with Elliott. Once or twice. I know how difficult the situation is here and I understand how he feels. You should ask these questions at Aston Villa. Federico Chiesa not starting? We have many options to start in his position. He has influenced the team by coming off the bench during the season."
