"Liverpool" is preparing to dismiss head coach Arne Slot. Sport24.az reports that the club's management no longer intends to continue working with the head coach.
The news says that the Mersyside team's away draw with Leeds (3:3) in the 15th round of the Premier League has finalized the management's decision.
Slot is expected to be replaced by club legend Steven Gerrard. It is reported that the 45-year-old specialist, who is currently unemployed, is positive about coaching his former team.
It should be noted that Gerrard played for Liverpool from 1998-2015 and scored 120 goals in 504 matches. "Liverpool" is currently in 8th place in the Premier League with 23 points.
