The experienced specialist commented on "Qarabag"'s defeat to "Napoli" in the 5th round of the UEFA Champions League main stage:
"If we divide the match into two halves, "Qarabag" looked better in the first half, both controlling the ball and pressing in the opponent's half. After the break, the opponent increased the tempo, and the main point here was Kevin Medina's departure from the field. Inevitably, a gap was created in the defense, and the opponent took advantage of it. Although "Qarabag" lost, they showed a worthy game. There was not much difference on the field. We hope that our representative will collect the desired points and reach the play-offs in the next games."
It should be noted that the "Napoli" - "Qarabag" match ended with a 2:0 victory for the home team.
