Mammadov said that Cohen, who is currently in Tel Aviv, will arrive depending on when the airlines open: "We are in constant contact with him and his manager. He was supposed to come on June 16, but the trip was postponed because all flights from there were cancelled. We are currently waiting for the airlines to open."
