"Araz-Nakhchivan" wants to achieve a good result in the away match against "Omonia".
"Report" informs that the head coach of "Araz-Nakhchivan" Elmar Bakhshiyev said this at a press conference before the return match against "Omonia" (Cyprus) in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
He stated that he believes in his team:
"We expect more in terms of the game. Our team is different. Although we lost by a large score at home, we can do better as a team, and we will try to do that tomorrow. Our opponent is also an experienced, well-organized team. But we will try to achieve a good result."
The specialist said that the first match in Baku did not go as they wanted:
"If we put the score aside, we couldn't show the match we wanted in Baku either. But these are behind us. We can do better as a team. The air temperature is almost the same as in Baku. The humidity is felt a little more. But this should not cause problems for the players."
It should be noted that the "Omonia" - "Araz-Nakhchivan" match will be held on August 14 at 21:00 in Nicosia. In the match between the teams in Baku, the Cyprus representative won with a score of 4:0.
